Josh Donley is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a Chartered Life Underwriter™ in Winston Salem, NC. He graduated Cum Laude from Elon University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Minor in Economics. Josh has been practicing as an independent fee-based financial planner since 2002.

Josh specializes in comprehensive financial planning, investment management and advanced social security strategies. He adds value to the planning process through collaboration with specialists in various disciplines including: tax planning, estate planning and asset protection. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), he understands how to help clients benefit from today’s complex decisions about tax planning, retirement, estate planning, investments and insurance.

Mickey’s ‘CPA roots’ run deep; his Dad started the Hickory family CPA practice in 1966. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, Mickey joined the firm in 1993, and took over in 1996. Today— after nearly 50 years serving the community —the Stokes name is synonymous with experience, ethics, expertise and trust.

Michelle Ludolf

Client Services & Operations Manager

Michelle Ludolf is our Client Services and Operations Manager in the Winston-Salem office. Michelle joined Mosaic Capital Management in February 2016. Prior to that she spent close to nine years assisting the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Program Manager of the Investment Group at a billion dollar credit union.

Michelle has two main focuses at Mosaic; first and foremost is the client. She enjoys serving people and wants to make sure every client is taken care of in a manner that makes them know they are important.  She believes it is the little things that really set apart a client’s experience; the check in phone call to see if you need anything, the confirmation we received what you mailed us or following up to make sure requested changes occurred on your accounts.

Michelle’s second focus is operations and efficiently managing the office. If operations and efficiencies are in place, then the client experience is better and the advisors can truly focus on what they do best, advising and financial planning.

So no matter what you need, from scheduling a meeting to account documents, please know Michelle is ready to help you in any way she can.

Michelle resides in Clemmons with her husband Steve and her three daughters Sarah, Zoe-Grace and Pearl. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children perform in their various theater productions, photography, crafting and reading.
